Refund policy

his policy applies to products purchased directly from our website. If your purchase was made through a partnered retailer, please follow their return policy. Do not return these items directly to us.

At 111SKIN Ltd, we aim for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 28 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Refunds will be issued upon return. Once received, we will process your refund within 5 days, but it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to reach your account.

If your order included a gift with purchase (GWP), it must also be returned with the items, or the full GWP value will be charged.

UK returns can be made using Royal Mail. Click here to start your return.

For all other returns, please contact customercare@111skin.comto arrange for your online order to be sent back to one of our distribution centres.

Refunds are issued for product costs only; original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Sale items must be returned within 14 days.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
We monitor excessive returns and may refuse returns or close accounts at our discretion.
