The processing time of an order usually takes up to 2 business days. For any orders placed after 12pm, this will be processed on the next working day.

Please note: Due to increased demand during the holiday season, delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

US Express delivery (1-3 business days*) - $15 / Free on orders over $150.

UK

Standard Delivery (2-3 business days*) - £4.95 / Free on orders over £50

Express Delivery (Next business day if ordered before 12pm*) - £7.95 / Free on orders over £100

EUROPE

Express Delivery (1-3 business days*) - €15 / Free on orders over €150

REST OF THE WORLD

Express Delivery (5 business days*) - $30 / Free on orders over $250

We operate on a DDU (delivered duty unpaid) basis. In some countries, additional local import charges and/or duties will apply.

Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. The courier will contact the customer for payment. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as these charges are not controlled or executed by us, they are government charges and the individual making the purchase is responsible per transaction for these costs.

*Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

TAXES & DUTIES

Prices shown are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax but do not include other taxes which may be applied in your jurisdiction.

For orders classified as Rest of World, we operate on a DDU (delivered duty unpaid) basis. In some countries, additional local import charges and/or duties will apply.

As the recipient, it is your responsibility to cover all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. The courier will either contact the customer before the parcel is on the plane, or once the parcel has arrived in the country. Payment is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email with your tracking number.

Please note our couriers will deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours.

For UK Express deliveries, please bear in mind that after one delivery attempt, if no prior instructions have been given for alternative delivery methods, this can be diverted to the local depot for collection.

If an item is lost or arrives damaged, please notify our Customer Service team for assistance.

LOCATIONS

We ship worldwide to all locations, excluding:

China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Russia, Singapore, South Korea or to any FPO or APO addresses.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Return your online order to our Distribution Centre within 28 days of purchasing your order for a full refund. Sale products can be returned within 14 days.

Please note returned goods must be in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged packaging.
