Terms and Conditions

Introduction

By placing an order for products sold on this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") with 111SKIN, the operator of the site. Please read these T&Cs carefully. If you have any concerns or are unhappy with any aspect, we recommend contacting our customer service team before proceeding with an order.

We may amend these T&Cs from time to time. Please check the top of this page for the date of the latest update. The content and services provided on the site are subject to change, so we encourage you to review these T&Cs regularly when visiting our website. Acceptance of these T&Cs does not affect your statutory rights, except to the extent that exclusions are lawfully permitted.

Availability

All Products are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our site remain in effect for so long as the products are available or as otherwise stated on our Site. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Products you have ordered are not available.

Cancellation Right

Once an order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change it. However, we offer free returns on all orders within 28 days in case you change your mind.

For further details of how to return merchandise please see our returns section. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us. You can submit your cancellation notice by email to our Customer Service department customercare@111skin.com.

Delivery

As all our parcels require a recipient to be present on delivery, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. If you have a question about delivery we will advise you if you email our Customer Care team at customercare@111skin.com

We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. See https://111skin.com/pages/delivery for details of our shipping times and costs. Whenever referred to, business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries; however, you will incur only one delivery charge. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.

We are not responsible for delivery delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Subject to customs checks, your order maybe delayed. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

The processing time of an order usually takes up to 2 business days. For any orders placed after 12pm, this will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping to the following locations are currently on hold: China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Russia, Singapore, South Korea or to any FPO or APO addresses.



Prices shown are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax but do not include other taxes which may be applied in your jurisdiction.

For orders classified as Rest of World, we operate on a DDU (delivered duty unpaid) basis. In some countries, additional local import charges and/or duties will apply.

As the recipient, it is your responsibility to cover all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as these charges are not controlled or executed by us, they are government charges and the individual making the purchase is responsible per transaction for these costs.

Upon delivery, our courier will capture a photograph as proof of delivery to confirm the parcel has been safely delivered to the specified address. If the courier has marked the parcel as delivered and provided photographic evidence, 111SKIN cannot be held liable for any parcels that go missing thereafter. We recommend customers take additional precautions if they believe their delivery location may be insecure. For any issues regarding your delivery, please contact the courier directly, as they may be able to assist you with further details.

Discounts

You may occasionally receive discount codes from us, via email or through promotional materials. Each code is unique to the recipient, is not transferable, has no monetary value and cannot be converted into currency. A code may have an expiration date, which will be stated at the time of promotion or on accompanying promotional materials that cannot be modified.

The value of a discount code cannot be deducted from an order if that code is defective or out of date: no replacement codes will be issued.

Only one discount voucher may be used per order.

Category and product exemptions may apply for discounts and promotions. All discounted products, bundles and gift sets are exempt from all discounts, offers and promotions, unless stated otherwise.

Welcome Discount

Customers new to the 111SKIN newsletter will receive a unique code for a 15% off discount sent to the email address provided. The code is valid for 30 days and can only be used by customers registering for the newsletter for the first time. This discount code is only redeemable once per person and for orders at www.111SKIN.com. The discount excludes already discounted products, bundles and gift sets. 111SKIN reserves the right to change or end the offer at any time and cancel orders at the company's discretion. The discount code cannot be redeemed with another code or exchanged for cash.

Eligibility

In order to make a purchase through the site you can check out as a guest or register a personal online account. When you make a purchase and/or register a personal online account, you will be required to provide information about yourself including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, which is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. When you register a personal online account you will also be required to create a password. Should any of your registration information change in the future you are required to amend your personal online account immediately. In case you do not amend your personal online account immediately, any notice sent to your last address will be deemed as received. We may change registration requirements from time to time. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

Purchase is restricted to end consumers and only in quantities customary for households which must always be reasonable (in general no more than 5 of each specific item).

Inspection

"You should inspect the products upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date.

1. Membership Eligibility and Overview

1.1. The 111SKIN V1P Loyalty Program (“Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of 111SKIN Ltd (company number 07280293) with its registered office at 5/6 Bywell Place, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 3DN, United Kingdom and VAT number of 129341911 (“111SKIN,” “we,” “our” or “us”). We can be reached by email 111SKIN Customer Service. 111SKIN is the promoter of the Program.

1.2. The Program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. Corporations, associations or other groups may not participate in the Program. Individuals who are at least 18 years of age, and who provide and maintain a valid email address are eligible to become members. No purchase is necessary to join the Program. The Program may not be used for any business or commercial purpose and we may refuse to create an account for any reason. Employees and individuals employed by our business partners or vendors are eligible for membership for personal use only but may be excluded from certain benefits of the Program in our sole but reasonable discretion.

1.3. BY JOINING THE PROGRAM AND BECOMING A PROGRAM MEMBER, YOU (INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY, “YOU,” “YOUR,” OR “MEMBER”), AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION (“TERMS”) AND BY ANY CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS THAT WE MAY MAKE FROM TIME TO TIME. You should review these Terms and the related policies and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Program as they may change from time to time. These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us, including any agreement(s) for products or services. If you do not agree to these Terms, our website Privacy Policy and our website Terms and Conditions, you cannot participate in the Program. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

2. Program Enrollment

2.1. Eligible individuals may enroll in the Program by visiting https://111skin.com/ (the “Site”) and following the Program prompts to register for the Program.

2.2. You are required to provide your name, email address and to create a password in order to enroll. You may also have the opportunity to provide us with your mailing address, birth date and mobile phone number, but this information is optional. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it as required. You may update your personal information on the Site.

2.3. Only one Program account may be associated with a single member and a single email address. In the event of a dispute over ownership of the Program membership account, the member will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of enrollment. For purposes of these Program Terms, the “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

3. How the Program Works

3.1. The Program is a way in which we reward and thank our loyal customers for purchasing our products and for participating in certain brand experiences on the Site. You are able to earn points and reach Program loyalty tiers by making qualifying purchases or taking certain other Program actions at the Site. For your purchase to qualify for points under the Program, you must be enrolled in the Program and be signed into your Program account at the time of purchase. Once you reach a certain loyalty tier and/or earn a certain number of points, you may be eligible for certain benefits and rewards applicable to that tier and/or number of points, which benefits may change from time to time and may be offered on a limited basis. Qualifying purchases and other opportunities to reach Program loyalty tiers or earn points will be posted on the Site or may be published through other media (e.g., in marketing communications, social media, etc.). Visit our FAQs to learn more about earning points and reaching the Program loyalty tiers.

3.2. The Program is a tier-based program determined by the number of points a member has earned within a consecutive 12-month period on qualifying purchases and through qualifying activities, beginning on the date when you enrol. There are 4 tiers with associated benefits:

Tier 1                  0 – 349 points

Tier 11                350 – 949 points

Tier 111              950 + points

By Invitation Only

When you join, you’ll automatically be placed in Tier 1, and you will be eligible for all the benefits Tier 1 members receive. Once you earn at least 350 points within a consecutive 12 month period, you’ll be automatically promoted to Tier 11.  If you earn 950 points or more within in a consecutive 12 month period, you’ll qualify for Tier 111. You will be contacted by email if we have chosen to invite you to the By Invitation Only Tier. 

Your status in a particular tier is good for 12 months from the date you enter that tier. On the final date of this period, your tier progress will be reset based on your points earned in the previous 12 month period.  When your tier is reset, your points balance will remain unchanged (unless points are expiring in accordance with paragraph 3.6).  For example if you progress to Tier 111 on 1 April 2025, and you earn 50 points each month from that date, you will have 600 points on the 12 month anniversary of your promotion to Tier 111.  On that date your tier progress will be reset, and based on the points earned in the previous 12 months (ie 600 points) you will be placed in Tier 11 for the following 12 months, and you will retain your 600 points.  In accordance with paragraph 3.6, on 1st April 2026, the 50 points you earned on 1st April 2025 will expire, leaving you with 550 points (assuming no additional points have been earned).  At the end of May 2026, the 50 points you earned in May 2025 will expire, leaving you with 500 points, and so on.

3.3. To earn points online, you must be enrolled in the Program and be signed into your Program account at the time of purchase. If you are not a member of the Program at the time of purchase, you must enroll in the Program by visiting the Site within 1 month of such purchase, using the same email address you provided at the time of purchase, in order to be eligible to earn points on that purchase. However, if your membership in the Program is terminated for any reason and you enroll in a new Program account, any purchases made prior to the date you enroll in a new Program account do not qualify for points. Currently, only purchases made on the Site are eligible for the Program. Purchases made in department stores are not eligible for the Program at this time. If this changes, we will update these Terms. 

3.4. Members receive 1 point for every 1 British pound (£1) spent on qualifying purchases on the Site. Qualifying purchases include regular priced merchandise. Shipping charges and taxes are excluded. All points earned from purchases on the Site are pending until your order is despatched.

3.5. You will find your eligible offers and rewards listed in your Program account.

3.6. Points are earned on each qualifying purchase, being an order that has been paid in full, hasn’t been returned to us and qualifies to earn points.  Points earned on a qualifying purchase will expire after 12 months from the date of such purchase.

4. Product Rewards and Benefits

4.1. As a member of the Program, you earn points that determine your tier levels and tier benefits. Points may never be redeemed for cash. You must be logged in to your Program account to use your benefits.

4.1.1. Tier Benefits: Certain benefits are based on the tier achieved and you are eligible for these benefits while you are in that tier regardless of the number of points you currently have. If you move down a tier, your benefits change accordingly. Tier benefits can only be redeemed on the Site with the exception of exclusive member events, 111CRYO, 111 Harley St. or as otherwise noted.

4.2. Neither accounts nor Program rewards, benefits and/or points may be transferred, shared or combined by members. Only the member paying for the products may accumulate rewards, benefits and/or points. Members will not receive rewards, benefits and/or points on purchases which are reimbursed by corporations or other organizations ineligible to participate in the Program. We reserve the right to monitor the number of accounts per household and refuse, merge or close additional or duplicate accounts at any time. Your account information (including security details) are confidential and should not be shared by you with any other person.

4.3. Rewards, benefits and points earned through the Program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to rewards or other Program benefits. Points and tier status credited to your Program account will be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all of a purchase is returned or cancelled or if the credit is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates these Program Terms as determined by us in our sole but reasonable discretion. The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any rewards benefits, or points offered through the Program, other than by us, is expressly prohibited.

4.4. Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for points, another product or service or a monetary refund.

4.5. The products and services available through the Program and any samples that we may provide to you are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, services, or samples you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled and/or any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms.

4.6. We are not responsible for rewards, benefits and/or points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party.

4.7. If you have concerns that a purchase or other activity was not properly applied to your account, you should contact 111SKIN Customer Service. Your email must specify your name and email address associated with the Program, the date of the Program activity, and the issue(s) you encountered. This email must be sent no more than forty-five (45) days after the date of purchase or other Program activity which took place. We are not responsible for late notifications about purchases or other Program activities not being credited to an account.

5. Program Communications.

5.1. Members can stay informed about Program points, benefits, and be the first to learn about exciting new products and promotions by subscribing to receive information about 111SKIN products, events and offers including Program related marketing communications.

5.2. You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications by email including loyalty related emails at any time by following the instructions in our marketing communication, such as clicking on the unsubscribe link in each email, or by updating your preferences in your account. Transactional emails including, but not limited to, information regarding program administration, will continue to be sent to you while you are a member of the loyalty program. Members can keep up to date with their Program points status and Program rewards by logging into their Program account or by contacting 111SKIN Customer Services – see our “Contact Us” page for details. 6. Termination and Modification

6.1. The Program and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change Program benefits, how you earn points and reach each Program tier and how we evaluate and reward your qualifying purchases and/or other Program activity in our sole discretion at any time. We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for the Program and/or for any given tier, the number or types of rewards or benefits that you may receive or earn in any given tier, in a given time period or for the duration of the Program, and/or any combination thereof. Except where prohibited by applicable law, we may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Terms and/or the Program or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards or benefits. Changes to the Program will be set forth in these Terms and will be effective on the date the Terms are posted to the Site (with the effective date reflected at the beginning of the Terms). Continued participation in the Program following posting of updated or modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms as so updated and modified.

6.2. We reserve the right to exclude you from or to discontinue your participation in the Program and to audit your Program account at any time, in our sole but reasonable discretion. To keep your Program account active, you must log in to your Program account and make a purchase within 24 months. Membership will expire if a member is inactive for a period of 24 months or more. Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to comply with any Terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent or other unauthorized use of any Program rewards, points, cards, credits, vouchers, coupons and/or certificates (all as determined by us in our sole but reasonable discretion), may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program. If your membership is revoked, any rewards or benefits in your Program account will automatically expire and your access to the Program and features will automatically terminate. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.

6.3. If you decide that you no longer want to be a part of the Program, you may terminate your membership in the Program at any time by contacting 111SKIN Customer Service. If you terminate your membership, you will automatically lose all accumulated points, benefits and your tier status and no longer receive Program related communications.

7. Limitation of Liability.

7.1. We shall not be liable to you for the following: (1) any failure by you to provide us with correct information; (2) if we are unable to perform any of our obligations to you due to failure of any technical systems or for any other reasons beyond our reasonable control including, amongst other things, war, terrorism, government action, natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic and industrial dispute; (3) any damage to your device as a result of using the Site; or (4) any loss of information or unauthorised use of data arising as a result of you using encryption systems below our recommended level.

7.2. The disclaimers and limitations of liability in these Program Terms shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused as a result of our negligence or that of any of our employees or agents or for fraud.

8. Governing Law and Disputes.

Unless the laws of your jurisdiction require that those laws apply, this Program and these Terms will be governed by and construed under the substantive and procedural laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

9. Privacy.

Without limiting the foregoing, we will use and retain your personal information to (1) create and manage your loyalty Program account; (2) provide goods and services to you, such as servicing and maintaining your Program membership with us; (3) protect against deceptive and fraudulent activity; (4) enable internal uses that are consistent with our Privacy Policy; and (5) comply with a legal obligation.

10. Entire Agreement; Waiver and Survival.

These Terms govern our relationship with you as it relates to the Program. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Terms, you have not relied on any representation except as expressly set forth in these Terms and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any such representation not included in these Terms. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not a part of these Terms. Each provision of the Terms shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in the circumstances. No waiver by us will be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach by you of any provision in these Terms.

The Mix & Mask Bundle offers a 20% discount automatically applied at checkout when customers purchase any seven (7) single eye or face masks in one transaction on our website. A free travel pouch is also included at checkout, subject to availability. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional codes or discounts. If items are returned and the minimum requirement is no longer met, the discount will be void, and the free gift must be returned or its value will be deducted from the refund.

Order Notification

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, then we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at enquiries@111skin.com quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Payment

Payment can be made through any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Shop Pay, Paypal, American Express and Klarna.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is placed. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to 111SKIN, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of products. We retain the legal ownership of all products until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the products will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the products to you. Risk in the products transfers to you upon delivery.

You accept to receive your Order Confirmation (which includes your receipt of payment) electronically to the e-mail address specified by you during the ordering process or in your personal online account.

111SKIN does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any celebrity endorsements in the Press articles or Media features displayed on this website. Prices shown are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax but do not include other taxes which may be applied in your jurisdiction. Refunds and Returns Policy

This policy applies to products purchased directly from our website. If your purchase was made through a partnered retailer, please follow their return policy. Do not return these items directly to us.

At 111SKIN Ltd, we aim for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 28 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Refunds will be issued upon return. Once received, we will process your refund within 5 days, but it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to reach your account.

If your order included a gift with purchase (GWP), it must also be returned with the items, or the full GWP value will be charged.

Refunds are issued for product costs only; original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Sale items must be returned within 14 days.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. Subscription Terms and Conditions

111SKIN reserves the right to change the repeat order benefits and the discount amount offer at any time. Subscription items will ship automatically based on the frequency you select until you cancel, skip or pause your order. The minimum commitment is 3 payment cycles before you are able to cancel. To cancel or modify your subscription order, go to the subscription tab within your account on 111SKIN.com. By placing your order, you are authorising us to charge your chosen payment method for future orders at the frequency you have selected.

1.0 Initiating Service

Only items where 'Subscription' option is available will qualify for the subscription benefits.

You must save a valid credit or debit card to begin your subscription service. This card will be charged for subsequent orders.

1.1 Benefits

On each recurring order of a subscription item, a 20% discount will be applied to that item. Discount is applicable to the current retail price of the product and may be subject to change. If an order contains a mixture of subscription items and a one-time item (i.e. non- subscription item), only the subscription item(s) will qualify for the 20% discount.

Each subscription order will receive an assortment of 2 free samples.

Initial orders will qualify for any gift available at the time of order if the relevant threshold is met.

Where an item is out of stock on the date of anticipated dispatch you will receive an email and that item will be cancelled.

1.2 Recurring Orders

Customers may modify or cancel each order up to one clear day prior to the billing day for that order (as notified in the e-mail referred to above), we reserve the right to continue to process orders cancelled within this time frame, your cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.

After placing your initial subscription order, subsequent subscription orders will not qualify for any other promotions or gifts that may be available (but shall qualify for the benefits listed in section 1.1 above).


1.3 Managing Service

There is a minimum commitment of 3 payment cycles before you are able to cancel your subscription. After the third payment cycle, you will be able to edit or cancel your subscriptions at any time through the subscription section which can be found in your account. After the third payment cycle, go to your account to change the frequency of shipments, update your shipping address, skip an order, pause your subscription, and reactivate subscriptions.

Customers may modify or cancel each order up to one clear day prior to the dispatch day.

You can change the default credit or debit card that will be charged for subscription orders in My Account > Subscription > Payment Details.

1.4 Payment

For your initial subscription order you must pay using a credit or debit card card, and for recurring orders you must have a default credit card saved in your account. Payment will be taken on the date upon which the relevant order is due to be dispatched.

If we are unable to complete a charge, we may retry up to three times. If your card payment fails and you do not update your payment details when you are notified, 111SKIN may cancel your subscription. To update your credit card information, log into your account and visit your Account > Subscription > Payment Details or contact Customer Care by emailing customercare@111SKIN.com

1.5 Termination of subscription

We may terminate your subscription at our discretion. If we do so we will let you know by e-mail and you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. After this you will no longer receive or be charged for future subscription items.
