The 111SKIN V1P loyalty program rewards members with exclusive benefits such as early access to new product launches, invitations to special events, and birthday perks.
Who can join?
Anyone who creates an account by signing up will automatically be enrolled to become a 111SKIN V1P member.
*How do I earn points?
Once you create an account you can earn points with every purchase which will be automatically added to your account. Plus, you can also earn points by creating an account, adding your birthday, writing a product review, following 111SKIN on Instagram or TikTok, signing up for our newsletter, taking our skincare quiz, or setting up a subscription to one of our products.
*Members receive 1 point for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases. Points earned are based on the current market exchange rate relative to the British pound. The converted number of points earned will appear at checkout.
Can I redeem my points?
No, points collected through the 111SKIN V1P loyalty program can’t be redeemed. Instead, they determine your tier status and how close you are to unlocking the next level—each tier gives you access to a variety of exclusive benefits..
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. You are able to earn as many as you like!

What am I agreeing to by joining the loyalty program?
By becoming a 111SKIN V1P loyalty member, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by our Programme Terms & Conditions,the terms of our Privacy Policy and by any changes or modifications we may make.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your 111SKIN V1P loyalty points reset 12 months after you earn them.
I accidentally checked out as a guest, can I add that spend to my account to get the points?
Any orders placed using the email address associated with your existing 111SKIN account will automatically go on to your loyalty account. If you placed an order with a different email address, please contact customercare@111skin.com. Points can be earned on orders placed up to one month before creating a member account.
I have a 111SKIN subscription. Will I earn points for this?
Yes, when you start a new subscription, you'll earn points for every pound spent, plus an extra 50 bonus points. For renewals, you'll continue to earn points per pound spent, but without the bonus.
