We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our fast growing premium skincare company. 
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your office and administrative skills and there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in different project work.

 Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to Managers and colleagues 
• Liaising with external partners, international suppliers and Chamber of Commerce 
• Filing, faxing, scanning and photocopying documents 
• Maintaining filing and archiving systems 
• Processing orders, creating invoices and maintaining spreadsheets 
• Ad hoc project work 
• Data entry 
• Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets and reports

Desired Skills & Experience

• Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point 
• Attention to detail 
• Flexibility and adaptability 
• Strong oral and written communication skills 
• Ability to work in a team and independently 
• Uses own initiative

Hours of work 
Monday to Friday 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs

Salary: £18-22k per year
Commence: February 2015
